At All*En Crafts™, we take pride in using responsibly sourced domestic hardwoods. Most of our material comes from Barrington Hardwoods, LLC in Crystal Lake, Illinois—a trusted supplier known for high-quality lumber, sustainable practices, and excellent service. Their Midwest roots match ours, and their selection helps us craft pieces that are both functional and beautiful.

At All*En Crafts™, we’re committed to using responsibly sourced hardwoods that reflect the same care and craftsmanship we put into every piece. Our go-to supplier for both domestic and exotic hardwoods is Barrington Hardwoods of Crystal Lake, Illinois, known for their quality, sustainability, and service. As an alternate source for exotic species, we also proudly partner with Jeff Mack Supply in Canada, whose premium stock adds bold color, striking grain, and unique character to our select creations.

🛠️ Our Custom Order Process

Because most of our work is one-of-a-kind and made just for you, we follow a personalized process to ensure every piece meets our standards—and your expectations.

1. Inquiry Received

Reach out to us by email, text, phone, or in person. Tell us what you're dreaming up—whether it's a handcrafted board, a custom poem, or a gnome with serious attitude.

2. Quote Provided

We’ll put together a detailed quote based on your request, including design options, materials, timeline, and pricing.

3. Approval & Deposit

Once you approve the quote:

• Physical goods: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin your project.

• Custom poems, stories, or greeting cards: Full (100%) payment is required up front.

4. Progress Updates

For handcrafted items, we keep you in the loop with step-by-step photo updates via email, so you can watch your piece come to life.

5. Completion & Notification

Once your order is finished, we’ll notify you immediately. The remaining balance (if any) is due at this time, and we’ll arrange pickup, delivery, or shipping.

All custom poems and stories created by The Sawdust Sage™ are written personally by hand—not generated by artificial intelligence. Every word is crafted with care, creativity, and a touch of wit to reflect your unique story, sentiment, or occasion.
